Average Rating: Rating: - Better than I expected I knew the Rise and Shine video by heart and thought I'd give this video a go for my 15 month old, Maria. The whole family fell in love. So much more engaging for kids than the Rise and Shine band concert...Raffi totally connects with the kids in this one. I don't mind watching this video over and over (and we usually do). There are enough differences in the song lists that watching this video and immediately following it with the Rise and Shine Band video is not overkill...If you and your children like Raffi, BUY THIS!!! Rating: - Fabulous! This is the first video my very active 2 1/2 year-old son will actually sit and watch(okay, sometimes he stands, dances, etc. while watching it.) The songs are adorable, and most importantly, they're not patronizing or obnoxious, as I've found other child-oriented entertainment to be. Our family has fallen in love with Raffi! My son actually broke into tears yesterday when the video was over. Rating: - Great children's entertainment without the hype My two-year-old son LOVES this video. It's so simple- just a man and his guitar singing silly songs that kids love. It's a nice change of pace after today's children's entertainment, which tends to be so over-produced. Raffi just has a way with kids! Watch out, though- you'll find yourself singing Raffi songs all day long!
