Average Rating: Rating: - Spyro the Dragon- FUN, FUN, FUN! Buy this game now! The graphics are fantastic, The story line is humorous, and all types of players can enjoy it. If you are not that good, you can get by without taking on the REALLY hard stuff, but advanced players can beat the game to get the better ending.The puzzles can be challenging, but they are not so challenging that you will get frustrated. The enemies are cute, and all go along with the environment/world you are in. I've beat Gnasty Gnorc several times, but have yet to make it to the secret level. So, for a game that keeps you coming back for more, buy SPYRO THE DRAGON! Rating: - Save the dragons!! Gnasty Gnorc turned all the dragons into crystal and all their gems into his workers. Spyro ( the only dragon not turned into crystal ) must save the dragons. Defeat your enemies by flaming or charging them. Charge enemies with sheilds and flame big enemies. You must get many jewels, dragon eggs, and save many dragons to get to the next level. There are 6 levels called worlds. The graffics are colorful and the characters are funny. The only bad thing is that there isn't any bosses. If you like this game I think you should also get the other two Spyro games. Rating: - Great escape for busy adults, too I'm a 44-year-old businessman who encountered Spyro after buying my kids a Playstation for Christmas. I found the various magical worlds and Stewart Copeland's music to be enchanting.Spyro's non-gory brand of spunk (voiced by the guy who does the Taco Bell chihuahua!), combined with smooth 3-D animation, made the game so fun that I played it all the way through, myself. It was the perfect depressurizer after a tough day. As an older gamer, I was too clumsy to handle the "supercharge" feature without a LOT of practice and lost lives.As a fan of Myst and Riven, I must say that Spyro was even more enjoyable simply because it was so light-hearted. I really hope there's a sequel in the works (my preference: more puzzles, less twitch-factor). Parents: a huge, vast, safe playground that rewards exploration--great for any kid (even you!).
