Average Rating: Rating: - Right direction Like some other reviewers I feel I actually enjoyed GTA3 more than this but that is not to say that this game isn't better. Confused? I probably prefer GTA3 cos it seemed easier but took longer to complete, no matter how much I drive around Vice City I get the impression that it is far smaller even though it isn't. The 'better' parts of this game outweigh this in the end though. The developers have made an already great series even more immersive, the ability to enter buildings and one coherent storyline make it. There are so many joyous little moments of invention in the game even if, like me, you have to play some of the missions 10+ times to pass. The game is very violent and I would question anyone who bought it for a child less than 16yrs old, just to shut them up. People who say it promotes violence against women are missing the point that they make the choice whether to do it, if you don't want to see women geting beaten up then don't press the punch key (it is sexist but nothing terrible). If they take the best aspects of this game to the next then it certainly is a step in the right direction. Rating: - Amazing I have played many video games in my life, but none of them matches this one. Vice City offers incredible graphics and audio, and so many hours of excitment. The game never gets boring. I had played for 49 hours according the stats section, by the time i finally beat the storyline, and I was still only 83% complete. I still have several extra missions to complete, places to explore, and havok to create. The game is so huge, so many places to go, so many things to do, that I can play vice city even after I beat the game and enjoy playing for several more hours. Rating: none - WOW! WOW! thats all there is to say this game is off the hook. I thought GTA3 was the greatest game of all time until i popped this baby in the PS2! This is one game that is definantly a must own. The gameplay is great the graphics arent that bad either and the storyline is awesome. If youre worried about wasting your money...DONT BE....this game never gets boring the only time i turn it off is when i cant beat a mission! Bottom line the game rules go buy it!
