Average Rating: Rating: - To " Reviewer: A software user from Ohio, USA " U have to remove NIS 2001 first then install 2003. It would not over write it. Someone obviously did not read the manual. Rating: - Made the mistake I purchased NIS 2003 to replace an installed version of NIS 2001. Big mistake! Would not write over it. NO customer support the only respone I got was "strange error codes " go to the online help problem respone pages and see if those errors are listed. I should have went there first NUMEROUS complaints similar to mine, would not load and many users were dead in the water they could not get back online! Long and short of it yesterday I recieved a refund check...no questions asked! What does that tell you! Rating: - Load and say good bye to pop ups I had the software before the computer arrived, so out of boredom I read the software instructions (the book you get with software and never read). Gee, it actually helps if you read the instructions. Loaded on the new computer (Dell 8200, 2.4G with 512M ram) with not a hint of a problem. Have not seen a pop up since. A few self adjusting messages on programs with internet connections and thats it. It runs, you pay no attention. I was very leary of Norton S/W because it has a reputation of taking over your system. Not this one anyway.
