Average Rating: Rating: - Wonderful Caphalon Double Griddle I recently received this griddle as a gift from my husband -- I think he just wants me to make pancakes more often! I have had wonderful results with making pancakes. The key is to give the pan enough time to heat thoroughly. Since some parts of the pan are not directly over a burner, it will take a few more minutes to distribute the heat evenly. Clean up was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this griddle to anyone who is looking for one. Rating: - Must have for any family! I ordered this pan a few weeks ago, and I have used it regularly every week since. Whether it is breakfast on the weekends (no more eating pancakes in shifts!), or pork chops for dinner. It is especially helpful that this pan can start out on the stove and finish up in the oven! The size is perfect, and I have no problem with poor heat distribution. The non stick surface seems very durable, and clean up is a dream. Rating: - Absolutely Terrific! I must say this pan was quite an eye opener for us. My man, who is a diehard fan of cast iron, was 'very' impressed. Everything browned nicely on it, nothing stuck, easy clean up. What more could you ask for? If you do NOT buy this griddle, it'll be a loss for your kitchen. Go forth and purchase!
