Average Rating: Rating: - Great deep sides. This is a great pan for when you need a deep sided skillet. It heats evenly and cleans up nicely. It is great for making a whole pan of chicken with sauce. The deep sides allow you to cover the food in sauce and not have to worry about any spilling. Rating: - Great even if cooking for one This skillet is really big. I thought I would not use it that often because of the size. However, even when I am cooking for 1 or 2, I make the entire recipe (enough for 4-6) and freeze the rest for later. It is a joy to be able to sautĂŠ onions, peppers and mushrooms with plenty of room to stir them. In my regular 10" skillet they are so thick (because it is smaller) that I have to constantly stir them and it takes longer to sautĂŠ. The non-stick surface is great on this pan. Rating: - So Great i bought another one. I got this as a gift for my husband who cooks. 1st time he used it he was facinated on how it repelled water. After he cooked he then just easily whiped it clean. it was a breaze to clean as everything is repelled by the non-stick coating. I went and ordered another one for a later date or as a gift.
