Average Rating: Rating: - Finally Found It! After purchasing 3 other coffee makers, the 4th one is the charm! This coffee maker makes great tasting coffee. I never knew there was a difference -- it's worth spending a few more dollars on. It also has all of the features I was looking for such as: adjustable warming plate, 1-4 cup selection, water filter, programmable. It is a rather tall machine, but certainly not a problem as it fits fine underneathe most cabinets. Als, the carafe is well-made and has a spout that pours nicely without spilling. No complaints about this one! Rating: - Beyond My Expectations After my 10 year old Mr. Coffee finally bit the dust I found myself in desperate need of a new coffee maker. I came here and started looking around for recommendations. I first was considering a Braun, but after seeing so many negative comments about the carafe breaking so eaisily, I decided to look futher. I finally decided to purchase a Crisinart DCC 1200. I just got it last night and used it this morning. I was delightfully surprized at the quality of coffee. It tasted better then any coffee I have made at home. And that was more then I had expected. This coffee maker has all the bells and whistles you need and is very simple to operate. It looks great with the retro styling and there is absolutely no problem with any kind of condensation dripping from the water hatch. This must have been addressed and corrected by the Crisinart engineers. We love our coffee here in the New Orleans area and I can assure you that this baby can perk up a great cup. Rating: - BEST CUP OF COFFEE EVER........ I bought this coffeemaker for myself this christmas. I love a good cup of coffee in the morning and my old coffeemaker just wasn't cutting it. This is a fabulous looking coffeemaker that makes the best cup of coffee ever. I love the water filter. The coffee is always nice and HOT. The programable feature is just terrific. It's easy and it makes the perfect cup of coffee. I really recommend this. If it ever breaks I will buy another.
