Average Rating: Rating: - Weak, but quiet Not exactly the Holy Grail of space heaters, but excellent for a small bedroom. This model can't keep a porch warm in winter, but if noise is a factor, this would be an acceptable choice. I'm glad I didn't buy a brand new model. I don't think it's worth [the money]. Rating: - arrived broken! I just used it for the first time today, and it shuts off automatically after about 2 seconds. Turned it off, turned it on again, nothing. Then "reset" it according to the instructions: unplugged it, waited 15 minutes, turned it on again. Generated heat for about 2 seconds, then shut off, wouldn't go back on again. It says in the instructions that even with the warranty, it'll cost me [price] to send it to be repaired. I'm still trying to decide if it's worth it. It cost me over [price] and is worth nothing as is, but I really don't feel like spending [price] to get it fixed when it arrived not working. Very very disappointed. Needless to say, my room is still freezing cold. Rating: - Purchase with confidence!! I bought three of these heaters all arrived in perfect condition. You won't be disappointed in there performance either. I am very happy with the Vornado name and will look for it in future purchases.
