The recipes are so delicious. Plus, since I've been dieting, I haven't been able to eat my favorite meal - fried chicken! It's wonderful to now have a cookbook which offers so many great low-carb recipes to help satisfy my cravings, while helping me keep my weight down.

I've been doing low-carb because I have insulin resistance issues. It's keeping my waistline down. But I thought I'd never be able to eat bread, pasta, and pizza again because of the potential health problems. Thank you, Eades and Solom! This book includes amazingly delicious and easy-to-prepare recipes that will keep my insulin in check and will keep me coming back for more. Yum!

Eating bread, 2.2 g of carbs, pasta at 6.2 g of carbs, cookies at 1.4 g of carbs. WOW!! Salsas, Pizza, I can't believe it is real. (And tasty!!).

With over 30 million american's on low-carb eating lifestyles this is the answer to their daily counts. Not only do they have simple receipes they tell you how many carbs for each item. No more guess work. I started doing the Drs. Protein Power Lifeplan about 3 weeks ago and have already lost 16 pounds. (Without trying to hard.) Now that I know that the results are there, and have added confidence I can do this. I am going for it. My next step, beyond cooking will be to dive into their other book, Slow Burn Fitness revolution. Now who can't do 30 minutes a day.

From someone who has always struggled with weight, this is an awesome answer. No pills, No "special foods," no eating what I hate. YEAH!!
