Average Rating: Rating: - Fabulous monitor!!! After reading other reviews, I registered for this monitor. Thank goodness I did! It has been wonderful! First of all, it is extremely sensitive. I have had no problems with static or interference at all! Also, having 2 receivers that can either be plugged in, or battery operated, is a great idea. We have one upstairs in our bedroom and one downstairs in our living room. When I need to move to other locations in the house, I can simply detach one from its plug, and use it as a battery operated receiver! I've even taken it outdoors when taking my dog for a quick bathroom break! The reception remains great. I'd recommend this monitor to everyone!!! Rating: - Works for me! I really like this monitor's features, namely the dual receivers and the "lights" feature. It's great to "see" how loud the baby is. If you're watching tv or talking on the phone and can't hear your baby that well, you can depend on the lights for an accurate noise level. My only complaint (thus, no 5 star rating) is that the batteries do not last long. They work for an average of 16 hours, which is about two nights. I now keep them plugged in with the adaptors. The sound doesn't appear to be as pristine with the adaptors, but the sound is still very good and clear for me. I haven't had any static or humming noises, and the monitor has two channels so you can switch back and forth for better reception. Overall, I highly recommend this model. Rating: - A very good monitor. 2 receivers is a bonus. I found this monitor to be perfect for our apartment. I set up the two receivers in different rooms so I can either leave them both on and roam around or just turn on the one in the room I am sitting in. The reception is very clear. I had to move the transmitter and receivers around a bit at first to find the spot with the least static. The AC power adapters are a nice option that will save you loads on batteries. A great product overall.
