Average Rating: Rating: - Some problems with this bouncer I initially liked the colors of this bouncer and this is ultimately why I bought it. All the other models seemed too feminine for my son. Once I used it, however,I discovered things I didn't like. The toy bar can be difficult to get on and off and it is loud - it always startles my son when we secure it. This isn't good if he falls asleep in the chair. I've seen other bouncers where the bar just raises and lowers so you can easily take your child out. I had some of the same problems as the other reviewers with the seat (i.e. not much support for a newborn). I solved that problem pretty easily by using 2 rolled up receiving blankets on each side of my son to keep him upright. For pluses - the canopy is really nice to shade him from light. Overall, I would look closely at other models before buying this again. Rating: - Almost Useless We barely used it. It doesn't support baby well at all, and by the time we could put our son in it, he wanted to sit up and didn't like it at all. Rating: - THIS WAS THE WORST BOUNCER EVER! We didn't even use it...!! I should have boxed it up and returned it the very first time I tried to use it. My daughter couldn't sit in it because the fabric was so tight, she just rolled to the side and then screamed because it was so uncomfortable. I figured it would be better once she started to sit up, but then she was too big for it and I was scared she would tip it over. Urgghh . . . wish I would have bought the convertible bouncer/rocker instead. What were they thinking when they designed this seat????
