Average Rating: Rating: - A Must for Colicky Babies! My son was colicky for the first few months of his life. This carrier has been a LIFE SAVER! When he would start crying, I would put him in the carrier. IMMEDIATELY, he would stop crying....and my arms would finally get a break from carrying him around! He would spend at least three hours in it everyday! Sometimes he would even fall asleep in it, which was great for a baby who otherwise never took naps! I LOVE this product and believe it was the main reason that I am still sane after those months of crying. There are two notes that I would like to make. First, once you have adjusted this product the first time, you will never have to think about it again. Basically, all you really do is pull on three straps until they fit snugly to your body. Secondly, I only recommend this product for daily use until your baby is six months old. After that, your baby will be heavier and not very comfortable to wear in the front. You can wear him on your back, but then you need another person to help you put on the pack. (I personally will not ever wear him on my back because I don't have anyone else around to lift the pack during the day.) To sum it up: THIS IS ONE PRODUCT I COULD NOT HAVE LIVED WITHOUT! :-) Rating: - you get what you pay for The carrier does serve it's purpose. However, being a new mom, I didn't realize how much I would actually use the carrier. The product has too many straps which make it difficult to easily put it on. In addition, the closure, although safe, is quite hard to manage. It is also difficult to easily place the baby in the carrier. My husband absolutely hates the carrier because he feels it is so hard to work with. It takes some practice to become familiar with it. The carrier is bulky and takes up more room than other soft carriers. Knowing what I know now, I would have shelled out another (dollar amount) to buy a Baby Bjorn. Oh yeah, it is not ergonomically designed for the comfort of your back. Rating: - I won't go anywhere without this carrier My 4 month old daughter loves this carrier. She loves to ride facing out to look at all the people. It is very comfortable to wear even for long periods of times. It is easy to get her in and out since it opens completely. The material is so soft and washes well, even in the washing machine. It's also a nice dark color to hide the dirt. This is the best babyshower gift we got. We don't go anywhere without our carrier.
